Introduction

Digital Attestation, e-DAS 2.0 allows users to submit documents electronically for attestation. Once a document is received by MOFA, the system generates a QR code, stamps and seals the document, and digitally signs it ensuring authenticity and security.

In general, there are two types of applications:

• Commercial Invoices for imported goods into the United Arab Emirates local market.
• Certificates of Origin of imported goods into the United Arab Emirates local market.

This user manual aims to guide you through the steps required for submitting your attestation request to MOFA for commercial invoices and certificates of origin (COO) issued in the UAE or abroad.
