Pending Approval(s):

In edas 2.0 system during the process of Approval for any Attestation request is In Progress; It will be streamlined in the Pending list of Attestations..

  1. Each Attesation request will be assigned to a dedicated Attestation Officer.
  2. edas 2.0 system has a predefined SLA for each Attestation Approvals.
  3. Attestation officer has the rights to Approve/Reject any request based on his review justification.
  4. Any request returned by Attestion Officer will be notified to customer with specified reasons; and enabled for Re-Submit with required additional informations.
